I've never found Best Buy to be particularly helpful when I need stuff. It's always more convenient to just buy online. I also find it very frustrating that they have virtually no cases for Android phones. What's the deal? This isn't a bad store, but it just can't cater to my needs.

I participate in the rewards program and can get some good deals on the website. Flash sales are great. Employees are hard to find but when you do they are very attentive with their help.
