  I received my sofa with a hole in it. Try to get a return is impossible. I talked to someone after an hour of searching for a way to get a hold of them. They said I would receive a phone call within 24 hrs to se a pick up date for the damages product and then I will receive my refund. It's been a week and no phone call. Today I tried to reach them again and the number I'm dialing doesn't even go through anymore. (Check the number and dial again. I'm not sure if I'm going to get my money back. In the mean time I have a sofa with a hole in it still in the box sitting on my porch. Pled be careful who you Oder with on line. I will never buy anything on line again.
