We bought two recliners off the floor, one had to be returned and remade a few weeks after getting it because the padding was so thin. It was awful!! We ordered two other recliners for another room in October and they passed the date it was expected to arrive on both! Now we are told one will be here maybe in February. 5 MONTHS!! And no phone calls from the Shreveport store saying there is a delay. I have to continue calling for any information get.
