  Ridiculous, they claimed they're internet was down, then couldn't fix my HTC 10, they did not want to work, and when they couldn't figure out that the sim had just gone bad, they called Sprint Customer Support (that was an hour of nonsense just in itself) was ridiculous, so much so the next issue I have e I'm going to Team Mobile, where they don't throttle they're LTE customers to the point where unlimited data is no longer applicable..btw I've been a sprint user for 14 years never late on payment once, also I program for a living, steer clear of this place, do yourself a favor and find a gsm cell provider with unlimited..sprint instead of upgrading they just throttled all the LTE users very heavily..5-8mbit etc... ridiculous.
